Contracts Coordinator / Poland

A boutique Contract Research Organization (CRO), with over 20 years of presence on the international market, operating across 27 countries is looking for a Contracts Coordinator. The new incumbent shall take full accountability for contract management and administrative support on a variety of matters to the Legal Department. This is a permanent position based in one of the company’s Operational Hubs in Warsaw (PL).


Contracts Coordinator

Location: Warszaw


The duties associated with the role include:

•            Administration of the contract management process, including:

•            Maintenance of the contracts management system.

•            Review contract requests for completeness and accuracy.

•            Assign requests to legal reviewers.

•            Enter metadata from contracts into the contract management system and archive executed contracts.

•            Prepare routine contracts for review by attorneys.

•            Serve as the primary point of contact for contract requests, assist with contract request submission, contracting process and respond to internal and external clients’ inquiries, involving attorneys as needed.

•            Generate reports on contract metrics.

•            Deliver contract briefings to employees on company’s rights and responsibilities arising from the contract.

•            Assist other members of the Legal Department on other tasks and projects, as assigned.



•            Excellent interpersonal skills.

•            Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•            Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and contribute as a member of a team.

•            Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

•            Very good English.

•            High attention to detail.

•            Possess problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and improve processes.

•            Works well under pressure and able to handle multiple priorities.

•            Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
